Floors we coat

Garage floors lead. Basements, shops and patios get the same crew and the same prep.

Garage floors

The floor you park on, walk on and drop things on. Ground, filled, flaked and topcoated in one day.

Garages take the worst of it: road salt, tire marks, oil, dropped tools. Bare concrete soaks it all in. A coated floor sheds it.

We grind the slab first, not etch it, so the coating bites into clean concrete. Cracks and spalls get filled. Then the base coat, flake to full cover, scrape and topcoat, all before we leave.

Walk on it in 12 hours. Park on it in 24.

One day, morning to evening

Morning

Grind and fill

The concrete gets opened up, cracks filled, edges cut in. Prep is most of the job.

Afternoon

Coat and flake

Base coat, flake to full cover, scrape, topcoat. All of it before we pack up.

After

Walk on it

Walk on it in 12 hours. Park on it in 24. Most floors, one day on site.

Before and after

Same floor, same spot, one day apart. Drag the handle.

Garage. Old paint and stains in the morning, flake floor by evening.

Every other floor

Same grind, same fill, same flake and topcoat. The room changes, the work does not.

Basement floors

Bright, dry underfoot, and finished before the furniture comes back.

A basement floor is the one you look at every time you come down the stairs. Grey concrete makes the whole room feel unfinished. A flake floor makes it a room.

We check the slab for moisture before anything goes down, fill the cracks, and keep the dust out of the rest of the house.

We seal the finish last. Cleanup is a mop, not a scrub brush.

Shop and commercial

Forklifts, drains, wash-downs, long days. A floor built for the load it takes, down in one day.

Shops, warehouses, service bays and showrooms. One day means the doors stay open.

Drains, cove bases, slopes and expansion joints are handled in the prep, not worked around.

You get a floor you can push a broom or a scrubber across at the end of the shift.

Patio and walkway

Outside, in the weather, textured for wet feet.

Patios, walkways, steps and pool surrounds. Sun, rain and freeze all season.

We add texture to the topcoat for wet feet, and we seal it, because grills drip.

Same crew, same prep, same care as the inside work.
