One crew, one day, start to finish.
The people who quote it are the people who coat it.

How we work
Ironwood is a coatings crew, not a sales office. The person who looks at your floor writes the quote and is there when the grinder starts.
We do the prep most people never see: grinding the slab instead of etching it, filling every crack and spall, cutting the edges in by hand. The coating only lasts as long as the prep under it, so the prep is most of the day.
One day. We name the room and the step, say what happens that morning and that afternoon, and tell you when you can park on it. That is the whole pitch.
What a job looks like
From the first call to the morning after.
The call back
A real person calls you back to set a time to look at the floor. No automated quotes.
The look
We walk the floor with you, check the slab, and talk through what is on it now and what you want on it after.
The quote
You get it in writing, your cost down to the penny. The quote is the price.
Install day
One day. Grind, fill, base coat, flake, scrape, topcoat. We keep the dust contained and we are gone before dinner.
Walk on it
In 12 hours. Park on it in 24. Questions after that go to the crew that did the work, not a call center.
Where we work
Serving the Upper Midwest. Garages, patios, shops and more for homeowners and for businesses that need the doors to stay open.
The fastest way to find out if we can get to you is to ask. A real person answers.

Ready when you are.
Tell us where the floor is and what is on it now.
